Add filter to block guild invites to content moderation default rules

It is quite common for communities to have a rule that prohibits advertising other communities. A way to automate this to a degree is to block messages that contain discord guild invites. Currently I believe the only way to set this up is to block all words containing "discord.gg/", which blocks all pages under that domain, not only invites. I think it could be worth it to create a specific predefined rule that only catches invites.

    Soon there will be an "automod" tab in server settings. hope they add an "anti-link"!
