Add attachment component to modal

That can be usefull for many bot to be able to add attachment to modal (maybe new component or a markdown support for Paragraph Text Input).

  I agree here. It's pretty annoying to have to rely on a slash command for the attachments, when sometimes we want to attach by clicking on a button.

  I would love the ability to add attachments via Modals, would be a huge help.

  I think that Discord Modals are one of the most usefull Discord features of every time.
  They have a huge potential and could easly change the way Bots are intented for.
  Select Menus and File Attachments added in Modals could be definetly a level up.
