Feature sugestions

Greetings! For the past six years that I have been using discord I have seen many great changes and also thought of some that might help the users but also a quality of life improvement. Here is what I'm suggesting: - Reactions on streams. While watching a stream you would be able to choose an emoji and once chosen it would appear on the screens of everyone watching and it would jump around a bit making it seem like someone from the audience has thrown it. (Of course server moderators would have the option to disable them in voice chat settings) - RGB usernames. Since we have colored usernames for different roles why not have the ability to choose between what colors your username should change. Let's say I chose red and black then my username would slowly fade from red to black and vise versa or maybe I want to choose more then just two colors then I would input let's say 5 color and it would also fade from one to another. (There could be also the ability to change the speed of the fading but then I propose you do a epilepsy setting in user setting so certain users don't get bothered by the fast changing lights in usernames) - Banning people even if the are not on your server. I don't know if this feature is already implemented somewhere but for some time on our server we have been getting spam Bots joining our server, bypassing the verify process and spamming server invites. After this the bot would leave the server making it hard to ban him. So it would be a good to feature to be able to ban a person using his username and tag.
