Problem with server badges

On Maxadrum's server, my badges for Twitch Subscriber, and Twitch Subscriber: Tier 2 have disappeared. My Tirer 2 subscription to Max's channel is valid up until the 2nd of October. The badges were working fine the 2nd through part of the 15th of July. I have tried disconnecting my Twitch account from Discord several times. I have done a complete shut down of my phone, then restarted it. I have even uninstalled Disord, and reinstalled it on my phone. I checked on my computer's version of Discord to see if the same problem came up, and indeed it does. Please, can you help me fix this? Also, I had to reset my password. I put it in correctly several times, but it kept saying it was not valid.
