Available for voice chat status

A special status that would be visible across servers, but only to people on your friends list or an individual list of people that signifies you are online and looking to join a voice chat. 

Along with this it would be good to have a setting that allows your friends to be able to summon you to (or request you to join) a voice channel in a voice channel. 

These options could be accessed by having a button when you view somebodies profile by clicking on their name on the side of a channel.
