[Feature Request] "Starred/Urgent/Important" channel option for the channel list

It would be nice to have an option in each channels settings to mark the channel as "important" which would make the channel appear at the top of the channel list in that category until turned off or set to turn off after x time. Optionally, there could be a visual indicator as well. This would help in communities where channel activity rotates on a schedule and would allow management to keep the currently active content at the top of the list.
