Timestamp toasts for (edited) and date formatting

On desktop you can hover over the date for an extended timestamp of when this action was preformed. You can also hover over the (edited) to know when this message was last edited. It would be nice if we could have this on mobile by clicking on the date format or the (edited) for a toast.
