Copy/Paste - Convert image to JPG when possible

Currently, when copying an image using the clipboard on Windows, it is always stored as a PNG format.

When pasting an image into discord, Discord could convert it to a jpeg image - which tend to be A LOT smaller.

For example, when copying this 2mb jpeg image - https://images.pexels.com/photos/842711/pexels-photo-842711.jpeg - it puts a 40mb PNG file in the clipboard buffer. If you paste it in discord afterwards, it will upload a 40mb png image file.

If discord converts this back to jpeg - even with 100% image quality, it results in a 7.70mb image using gimp and 6.28mb using squoosh.app

It would be a great quality of life improvement - and would probably save a ton of discord's cloud storage space.
