Ghost Test servers

So currently whenever you have to add new channels and/or categories you have to do this in a Live server which can be annoying as you want to be able to test these things before reaching the general population of the server

A suggestion for this is to add a Ghost Test mode. So when this is enabled the server just for the person who has enabled it goes into a test mode where they can change anything like you would normally but it wouldn't show these changes to anyone else. Ones then you have finished updating what you need to you can then either click one off two buttons

Update Now - obviously just pushed the update straight away

Schedule - Schedule the update for up to 48 hours in the future
