Deleting account

I have deleted my account, because discord.com is incapable of stopping nearly daily transmission of messages that have nothing to do with me. I tried disabling these messages, but nonetheless continued to receive them. What's particularly infuriating about this is that the message titles all stated something along the lines of "<username> mentioned you", even though I was NOT mentioned anywhere. Apparently this "lovely" mechanism is by design, and there's no way to filter this out - you must disable entire categories of messages, which means you will miss certain similar messages that you actually wanted to receive. Nice going...
