I second this. Just got a pair of true wireless earbuds with microphones for calls and I'm disappointed as hell that I can't use these to talk in a voice channel while I'm going about my day

Really getting sick of Discord forcing UI changes like this. Feels nasty like they're trying to be google meet or something. If they're gonna keep doing this I may as well just use google meet.
