Does using Discord RPC maker violate ToS?

I wanted to use this: https://github.com/ThatOneCalculator/DiscordRPCMaker
This program allows to add custom rich RPC statuses to the user profile - but I'm not sure if it is compatible with the ToS of Discord.
So just to confirm, does that violate ToS?
