I'm about as annoyed as I possibly can be... with myself.

I've had this account for a while and originally gave up trying to get it "claimed" because I can't seem to follow the simple directions.  I have no doubt it's OE but it's been months and I'm back trying again and I still can't get the simple directions to work.  I would love to know what I'm doing wrong.  I get the green box across the top saying the account is unclaimed but the email is already registered etc etc etc
