Profile for sound input/output i can save and change easily

Hi I am user of VR and I have constant problem with changing inputs or outputs everytime.. 
I do have 5 input devices and 7 output devices and sometimes i want to talk thru headphones sometimes thru speakers and desk microphone and sometimes thru VR headset and I am tired of always trying to find right device to click in both menus xD

so i would like some feature when i can save three profiles and maybe a hotkey to change between them
