Stage - Invite to speak broken when video streaming

During a Stage, when a camera is on, the accept/decline options of the invite to speak dialog are still behind the rest of the UI and are not functioning. When a camera is off, there are two dialogs, both of which are above the rest of the UI and are clickable/functioning. Many users of our server have verified this behaviour.

I have tested on both a stable build and beta 171.14 (171114). This does not occur on desktop/browser clients, where inviting to speak works as expected.

    I also had this issue, as did many of the members of our community during our last stage session.
