i want to recover or delete my account please help

I need help recovering my account, I tried to pass on my account to my secondary email address but I entered it incorrectly and now I have no way to get it back could you please help me with this.

As you can see in the attachment below, my email is this one but I entered my secondary email wrong and I have no way of reversing this action please can you assist or this account will be lost.

its been weeks now with me trying to get help with this.



All i get is an autmated bot email telling me they cannot help me which is getting annoying
