Permanent Screenshare UI

When you are viewing multiple screen shares at once (watching all of your friend's screens at once in a discord call) there is a UI that comes up after hovering over one with your cursor. It gives you the USERNAME of the host to each screenshare. However, this completely goes away when you take your cursor back off of one.

Discord staff, can you add a setting where I can permanently toggle that additional UI on and off (for the people who don't like that)? It would be very helpful when playing fps games with my friends. Telling the difference between which player perspective I'm looking at in a reasonable amount of time.
