Role and/or user permissions for the explore channels and roles feature.

Like the events tab, the explore channels tab should have permissions. With the function to get roles through that, there should be a perm that allows or not to adquire roles from there, and also enable or disable the explore channels function for certain roles entirely.

It is a great function but clashes with certain server formats without perms. For example, a mute role that is granted after removing all roles to just show a single mute appeals channel, as the mute role is still capable of accessing the roles tab from that feature, they can just get again their roles.
