Login is bs

So I attempted to login to my discord account on a web browser and everything was going ok until my phone number just got straight up removed and now discord has taken it and made a whole new account which I cannot access as it needs email verification and I don’t have a spare email so it’s all gone to shit does anyone know why this has happened? Or how to fix it?
