Voice message for desktop and browser

This is simple but essential, I am very happy with the update that brought us the new voice messaging system, however I would like to be able to send voice messages from my computer, if you could add that I would greatly appreciate it.

  I do agree with this. 
  I'm very thankful for adding this feature, but it'd be perfect if you could do it in any platform.

  hopefully not, unless its in a menu or it can be disabled so people who dont want it or want to be spammed by it (as it is happening) wont have to deal with that shit
