Nitro Classic should get Nitro Basic perks

There are a few Nitro Basic perks that Nitro Classic does not have. This seems very unreasonable considering that we are paying a higher monthly cost. 

For example, stickers cannot be used with a Nitro Classic subscription, nor can we use a custom video background when video calling.

While there are some features missing, I am happy that Discord is still allowing users to keep their Nitro Classic, and I hope that will continue in the future.

    If anyone has Nitro Classic, they are abusing a bug and breaking TOS, as Discord has dropped support on Nitro Classic.

    If you had Nitro Classic before they dropped support for it, you can still keep paying for it. This is what I, and many other people do.
