Text Chat overlay on Watch stream

Can we have the ability to have a text channel or text chat overlay on a watch stream? This would be helpful for larger watch streams where we don't want people talking over each other. Mute server have people text chat instead.

    +1 to this, and also to add on my own comments:

    I think a "theater mode" would be a great addition. Allow the user to pin the video to the top of their current text channel like how it looks in DMs.

    yeah i'd really like to have a way to chat in a text channel while watching a stream without having to pop out the stream and resize several windows.
