Volume mixer toggle (easily change peoples volumes without having to constantly right click and bring up menu)

really bad edit but basically toggle between the first pic and the 2nd so you can easily edit people's volumes with ease. would be AMAZING in big calls especially if the volume bar shows the amount of noise coming from someone's mic rather than just a green light signifying that they are talking
