Ability to Pin Names When Viewing Streams

Currently, when watching a stream if you want to see the name of the person who is streaming you have to mouseover the stream and the person's name will appear in the lower left corner. This can be difficult to do when a team is streaming a game together and multiple streams are running. Adding an option to pin the usernames to the streams (and maybe the other stream controls like volume) so that they are always visible would help, especially when multiple streams are on screen.
