Mentioning Members without Pinging them

With the new addition of the reply feature, you can toggle whether you ping the person you are replying to. we need to see that when it comes to mentioning members or roles, because sometimes, when referring to a role or member, the mentioned person themselves doesn't need to be pinged. thanks!
