Suggestion: Add option to share audio from more than one window/program with screenshare

Pretty much what the title says. While it's great that the software is "intelligent" enough to differentiate which audio is coming from the program/window you want to share and only share that - and I understand that it's necessary to avoid feedback if you're sharing your entire screen and your Discord window is included in that screen and people are talking in the channel - it would be great if we could share a game and also include the audio from another  window. For example, a Pandora station that's open in the background, or something similar,

I do know there are bots we can put in the channel for music but they pretty much all depend on being given a playlist of MP3s/video URLs and don't really work for just pulling up a station - and I'm sure there are other uses for an option like this aside from music.
