Crash on startup on macOS Catalina 10.15.7

Error message below.

This occurs after waiting through "DOWNLOADING UPDATE 1 OF 1" & "INSTALLING UPDATE 1 OF 1" and the message pops up twice in a row before the update retries. After the retry, startup succeeded. I checked the version number after the successful update installation and it told me 0.0.260 (0.0.260).
