Audio Attenuation on Linux

With Discord on Windows, I love me some audio attenuation when my friends are talking, so I can keep games at levels I can hear well when they are not.

I recently converted to Ubuntu as my primary OS and it I am sad to see Discord lacks this feature on this platform.  I would love to see it arrive some day!  Maining Linux is starting to look really viable, and this would be one more nudge to get there.
