Access to text channel while watching a stream

When watching a stream you cant see a text channel and vice versa technically cuz im not gonna count the mini-player so i thing it would be nice to like overlay a text channel on top of a stream so you don't need to stop watching when u want to reply to someone and then switch back again to watch the stream.
