Feature Request: Allow virtual webcams on macOS

Please enable virtual webcams on macOS in the discord app, so that OBS virtual camera or elgato epoccam gets usable. Right now one can only use such virtualisations when using discord in a 3rd party browser, i.e. Google Chrome.
