Allow server owners, admins, and moderators, to view all server members in the member list.

Allow server owners, admins, and specific roles (or just anyone thats cool too) to see all server member in the member list while in a restricted channel. I frequently chat with my admins in our restricted channel but it means that we cannot see the entire list of who's online and whos not unless we click out to an unrestricted channel. I would like to be able to choose to see everyone.
