Screenshare lagging

I have recently experienced problems with screenshare. Me and my friend screenshare everysingle day, so we watch eachother play videogames alot. But, recently, my friend has had about 5fps on my screenshare.

 

If I screenshare, my friends game fps absolutely TANKS to like 50%.
