Idea- PC and Mobile floating chat window

I have an idea be good for streamers who use discord or even to multitask in other programs. Have a floating resizable window always on top has the mute mic and headset icon plus an indication showing who is speaking plus a Chanel name plus chat name aka have a button I any server or private that pops out text window simplify it and adds a few identifying words
