[Feature Request] Embed localized timestamp within chat message

Concept:

> Hello everyone, raid at: {time: 21:00}

OR

> Hola, meeting at: {time: 14:00AST}

 

The main idea is to specify a time. The Discord client's timezone or a specified one will be used, and the message presents to the readers in their local timezone. 

I found a similar Feature Request: [Feature Request] Date / time formatting tokens

The syntax doesn't have to follow the example. That was purely an arbitrary choice.

    I agree. After 24 hours the timestamps are gone and that is frustrating because sometimes I am looking for something in particular. I wish the timestamps were always on there per post.
