Luddite Here with Stupid Comments

I do have a PC, but I've never owned a mobile phone, so I know little to nothing about "apps". (I do know they're a techno-trendy word for "programs" or "applications".)   I joined Discord to contact whoever does Thoughts on Thinking, because I'm interested in his philosophy.  As usual with "high tech" that's supposed to connect people and make things "Quick and Easy", I'm finding the whole layout and all amorphous, disorienting and alienating.  Maybe I'll figure it out though.  I'm interested in ideas, not "cutting edge" technology and its fawning fans.
