Block button

When you are in voice chat if a person is loud and you try to set the volume or change nickname sometimes people missclick the block button.
I've heard a lot of people having this problem (even heard people didn't know they blocked the person and didn't know)
when you accidentally block someone you automatically unfriend them, creating a number nuisances.
