Demand: Remove Automated Account Deletion for Disabled Accounts
Just as simple as it sounds. An actual demand in light of the immense amount of reports and the support clearly not being able to keep up. The biggest issue isn't only that accounts are getting disabled, but rather the fact that when they get disabled there is only a 30 day window to have it re-enabled.
With the support being incredibly slow to respond, tickets being entirely unanswered or ignored, this is the biggest issue. If they want to be the good support, they should adjust the systems appropriately. With that said I believe I can speak for everyone that has issues with an account being disabled or knowing someone with an issue like that, the 30 day timer should be entirely removed at the very least until the support can catch up with all the tickets.
I am only really on the Feedback now because my friend needs help with his account having been disabled and not getting through to the support at all anywhere. He only has about 16 days left and in the 14 days he's had his account disabled for the last 13 he had gotten no reply, response or reaction to contacting the support in any way. Tickets, Email, Twitter. This is just unacceptable. The automated deletion at the very most should be a response after a human support agent has specifically marked an account for deletion. Not automated.

If the support truly had things under wrap and were not overwhelmed or possibly understaffed, this would just not be an issue. I can understand that the support now working is probably trying their absolute hardest to go through as many reports and tickets as they can but it is clearly not enough.
Here is what I give as Feedback for them to do and for the sake of a lot of people, try to do it within 2 weeks from now:
Remove the automated Account Deletion Timer
Possibly make a guide on how to best contact Support for which case
Go through other prominent Feedback about the SupportI mean it well and the biggest issue with having your account disabled, which is arguably the worst case for a Discord User, is knowing you only have 30 days for the account to be restored or lose everything. Not only that but there is just outright no guarantee you can even have your case heard within 30 days right now.

Not all users get banned over that. It seems to be common now. People always do that and somehow, they know what they did. Either support sucks or the user doesn't care
Also, chill, I misread the entire thing.1 -
"Maybe follow rules."
Not very helpful when the rules were followed. My friend still hasn't heard a word back and has 13 days left now. If there was no automated account deletion timer, then time wouldn't be an issue at all. He could wait to hear back but now he can't. He needs an answer and he is just one of thousands with the exact same deal. Account gets disabled without being given a reason and they get one attempted that is auto-declined by a bot. Clyde more or less giving the middle-finger if you will.
