Moving window can fail when maximized

While window is maximized, clicking on the top few rows of pixels doesn't "grab" the window as expected. Can be annoying!

    Can confirm this is a big issue for me to, especially when i want to move Discrod from one screen to another.

    Funny thing is that the "minimize", "maximize" and "close" buttons done not share the issue with the top most pixels being "dead" .
