New @Pings uses pre-established color scheme.

The new @User ping color scheme is white text with a blue highlight. The color scheme used to indicate selected text has been white text with a blue highlight for decades. This is misleading and nonsensical. Would highly prefer a new color scheme or reverting to the old one.

    Completely nonsensical change, they just threw the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" mindset out of the window. Please guys, hear the community's feedback and rollback the changes 🙏

    It looks horrible now, is rough on the eyes, and they took the colors away for the individual roles.

    Please, please, turn it back to the way it was.

    As someone who kinda needs the colors for easy identification, the update really messes with functionality, maybe have it on a toggle for folks that actually like it for some reason?
