Request: Message Templates

Sometimes you have to write the same mesage multiple times. For example I'm in a programming server and I want to say everyone asking if there is any X-thingy expert something like this:

Please, don't ask something like that or say "Hello" and wait to the answer. Just ask your question and in that way you'll get your answer sooner.

And for example I want to immediately write the same message in multiple channels. It would be nice to save this message to some "templates" in Discord, and every time when I want to write it, just select the saved template, maybe add some other stuff and send.
