Purge all messages from specific user

Hello i'm looking for a bot or even a command that can purge all messages from a specific user in all channels that has left the server.

Bots like Mee6 can only do it for users that are still in the discord server as it uses the @

Anything like this? Or something discord could add as a command? Would be useful for people spamming awful stuff in server attacks
