[Suggestion] Allow for voice chats to be hotswapped to stage voice chats on the current users' choice

I think that it would be very cool if stage chats were made more casual and accessible. My idea, is that in a large gaming server, a group of players have the option (if they all agree, maybe with a vote system) to switch their normal VC into a stage VC, that way others in the server can watch a game. Would especially be cool in servers with limited capacity VCs for teams in multiplayer games, so they could go public whenever they wanted.
