Compact Mode - Allow customizable max embed size (at least for videos/gif/images)

I think it'd just be nice to be able to reduce the maximum size of anything embedded. I know it may be harder for the custom embedding from various sites, but the general ones for videos, gif ou static images, it's easily feasible and would be nice. 

I can't use Discord without compact mode, and i'm always annoyed with embed gifs taking 20 lines of text sometimes. I'd like to limit the max height possible for them. I sure can use some extensions for that and maybe i'll. But maybe this can also be something integrated natively. I think it'd make sense.
