Show if Someone Declines Your Friend Request

When you send someone a friend request, it will show up as pending no matter what unless the friend request is accepted. Even if the friend request is declined, it will show up as pending on the sender's end. I think that the sender of the friend request should be able to know if someone declines their friend request.
