Feature Request: Feature to lock servers against accidental moves

I would like a feature, could be either/both account or server side, where you can lock to prevent accidental channel moves as an admin. I use the Windows client and am admin in a lot of servers. Due to this I often find I accidentally move or change something on a server by accident. 

The idea I had was that you could have an ‘admin mode’ like you have a streamer mode that lets you do admin stuff in a wysiwyg way, and you could set it for your account. A server owner/admin could also require this feature to be activated by an admin in order to make drag and drop changes, or other actions that could be done by accident, with perhaps a time out (if idle for 5+ min, need to reactivate) so that the server owner can prevent such accidents.
