I want to transfer ownership but dont fill all the requirements

Our server owner got banned off discord and has been offline for more than 30 days. I wrote to discord support but they won't help me since the server has 60 members, under 100, and I don't have an administrator rank (No one in the server has an administrator rank and no one can kick/ban except the owner, I do have a rank that lets me tag everyone and write in announcements, though), the server is also not partnered or verified. Can I do something or is it impossible to transfer the ownership?
