Discord mutes audio outside a call whenever someone talks

Sorry if this is an easy and obvious fix but im new. I can't hear audio outside a call when someone talks, and I can only hear again when no one's talking

I hope someone can help me be able to hear both outside audio and call audio at the same time

  May be there is an issue, but it's fine from my side and my insurance car team mate has similar thoughts as well.
