Use ScreenCaptureKit for Screen Sharing on macOS

This video shows a great new way to capture screens on Mac. Discord is one of my favorite apps to use on Mac, and this would make it so much better, instead of having to follow the confusing FAQ page on how to install a random third-party application (which isn't totally accurate), and change the security settings of my Mac (which I'm not very comfortable with). This is a much more elegant solution and would be a massive time-save for other Mac users wanting to share their screens.
