MY VOICE OUT OF THE APP IS NOT HEARD

When I'm on a call and decide to leave the app to work on another, they stop hearing my voice. They only hear me again when I come back in. This error has never happened to me before. Please do something so that my voice can be heard even without being directly in the app

    O mesmo problema aqui, tentei de tudo e continua igual, no meu smartphone da Motorola
