How long does it take for technical support to respond?

I made a request to restore my account, but no one has responded for three days. My account is disabled and I cannot do work, hobbies or communicate. I chose Discord as my main method of communication many years ago, and now it's failing me. I need to moderate communities, take part in social activities. What should I do? I have all the documents and texts on discord. They at least said, for example, “your application will be reviewed within five days,” so that I would know the approximate time frame. How much should I wait? Is there any point in waiting at all? If I create a new account, it will be a huge loss of everything I have worked on for three years. In that case, I won't be able to trust Discord anymore.
